    It’s obvious as BIT225 is becoming a broad spectrum drug … already proven HEP-C, HIV, Covid? Flu? …any commercial deals become extremely complex. If NDAs are in place with BP I can’t see why results wouldn’t be shared to them first before the market. ASX Listing Rule 3.11 only requires immediate disclosure of market-sensitive information if it has ceased to be confidential.
