The egm date etc are all proposed timelines and indicative on other factors being completed prior. Shareholders will receive notice via email when its ready and there vote is required.

As far as you wrote to the company... in your request email did you identify yourself with your Securityholder Reference Number? This can be found on your holding statement from Atomic. Without doing that, you could be anybody asking questions, and your email carries no weight.
