I think you need to acknowledge that CER was an anomaly and you probably anchor too much weight to this situation as a repeatable or likely one for other stocks. I dont disagree that MSB could go a similar way necessarily but if you are chasing a repeat of CER I can only recommend taming your expectations here. best chance for a "short term" turnaround, outside of a partnership is if the FDA are accepting of their new potency assay data and an approval for the paediatrics.
