Could it also have been triggered by an unexpected pressure buildup before the TD so they decided then and there pull a logging job as you put it and to go for broke...pressure buildup not tool failure to blame?
If so do you see any issue with taking a sample earlier than expected? Will it be a decent result or would deeper have been better for sample quality?
