I work on PFS NPV divided by 10.
That rule of thumb seems to work for well constructed PFS Reports.
If I am about right the MC could be as high as $170m with a SP around 10 cents per share.
In the SRN PFS announced today the NPV10 is showing a $1.7billion pre tax result and a IRR of 42.2% meaning a 2.4 year cash payback. That is outstanding.
