Well that confirms your earlier comments were BS,
read the part that states, "construction continues on site and in China"
no where did it state the work force was going to reduce.
We all know the Jinpeng agreement stated they were paid once shipments arrive in Tanzania. Shipping delays are not the reason for the blow out. Read March 2023 update where all shipments were to recommence here we are 8 months later waiting for these shops to arrive.
You class action is looking very good sparecash.
