SI kept saying that MSB has the cash runway for adult SR-aGVHD and CLBP trials. and then, we see this huge capital raise with 40% dilution. (they also used a distracting term as 'financial transaction')

Just wondering if this can be challenged in the courts.

And what do you think about future now that the Institutional Placement has been oversubscribed and Entitlement all taken.

We are left with Retail Entitlement offer now.

Most important question in my mind is "Did the shorters win again?"

as they can buy back shares on the market at almost the same level as the offer. (25% discount).

Have the shorters been correct all this time we have been jubilient about the future?

My question here is not about the science or long term risk/reward ratio, that's all clear to me. Question is specific as mentioned above.
