Ask yourself this question. Would a company that is 50% owned by directors and the Top20 hurt the share price with announcement like that if they weren't pretty confident of it bouncing back when the Permit is Approved ??

Seems pretty clear I think ? No company that is that top20 heavy would jeopardise there share price with an unnecessary announcement like that if they weren't pretty bloody sure it would just recover in due course.
