So the following commentary hasn't got many posters talking ... but as usual the point was made here (and I posted a couple of examples of how this works). It's as simple now as it was then and it has not changed other than James Brown has actually pointed to - that just like any JV - there is a governing JVOA that protects partner's interests ... I mean as if KP is that stupid to take the capital of its shareholders and make an investment into a project as a minority equity partner and give up all say in the project to the majority equity shareholder.

The narrative "over there "was PLL has its hands full with lawsuits, permitting and sovereign risk ... hmm ... reset of expectations required.
I don't know who else here owns both PLL & SYA to get full exposure to 100% of NAL production but I'm thinking very hard on letting SYA go (at a loss having bought in late Jan 2022 when it dipped to 11.5 cps) primarily due to the downward revised production guidance and sovereign risk/permitting of the local tribes to the "mega-project".
