Well done guys....nice to see we have held them to account,

We take for granted that good governance and compliance is present in the companies we are invested in.

That the directors do the right thing and simply stick to the rules....just like the rest of us.

Unfortunately, it is becoming more and more prevalent in the big end of town, as we have seen with the banks and more recently Qantas, Coles and Woolworths now having a senate enquiries.

There is no point having rules, if they are not policed.

And unfortunately ASIC has dropped the ball here with 2 senate inquiries into their own practices of their own, now running concurrently.

Governance and compliance is failing at multiple levels.

So, we now need to be part of the solution....all of us....because the blatant flouting of governance has never been so bad....

And as another poster, who shall remain nameless, pointed out to me.....I and we are not lawyers.( thank God for that)

But what we do have, is a brain and access to information like we never had before.

And if you dare to question and research, you will find the answers.

The answers that boards, directors and the BEOT, don't think we have the capacity to uncover.

The dumb retail investor....

Well done everyone....and lets keep pushing to turn this company around.

BTW...I still see no mention of the whistle blower policy.....guess they want to leave that to us....
