We now have an uncapped carry through development,with the option of obtaining finance and keeping the 20% stake in phase 1,if we find the right deal and wish to pursuit it.
How could you see this as a negative? Fantastic announcement!
I'm also not sure why you feel CL and cohorts would be making deals that don't represent shareholders best interests going forward given the skin they have in the company?
HHR is very close to being a de-risked 5-10 bag monty now without bringing in more gas through development and licenses.
This isn't the norm in this space.
Patience will be rewarded here.
Unbelievable it's still this cheap.
