Sorry for the monologue - the substantial holding notice sees Peter Davies as a director of Tall Cam and Roadnight. Would have to assume that he's related to Richard Davies of RNC.
Keybridge annual report then shows Peter as the 20th largest holder, but with the account of (Richard Davies will a/c). The implication being that Richard may be deceased?
I think the conclusion then is that RNC is Peter Davies, who is a large holder in KBC.
