AZL General Discussion, page-19761

Just trying to give everyone a little break here and change the main discussion topic, apologies if I am stating the obvious here but, if we get the hopefully expected positive results from both the DLE and PFS should Paul and Co. be pushing to secure Brett's future with AZL by making him a Board Director ? I heard recently that Brett is considered within the top 5 globally in his field and must be respected as a huge asset to AZL. Maybe something of this nature is happening behind the scene but if not and Paul and Co. do read some of the HC chatter then please give this some priority. Progress wouldn't completely stop if Brett moved on but we would very likely be in a much weaker position.

People are any companies best assets and we need to try very hard to keep the exceptional ones.
