Look at the buying spree recently with Gina Rinehart and Chris Ellesion with Critical Minerals.

They also have been accumulating gas portfolios to feed these energy hungry critical minerals process plants.

Gina R has already bought Senex and WGO.
Chris E has bought NWE and plans a ~250Tj a day plant and JVs with others.

These people are not clairvoyants.
Their teams research and they invest accordingly.
