It's positive for the ground, which we all know is fantastic ground, it's not even close to being up my expectations of the team. AGC banking a big cornerstone investor, surrounding ground being bought for large sums of money, opportunity is there, let's see the team grasp it.
If the plan is a terrible cap raise followed by some more shallow holes that take 3 months then I'm out.
