And as for #1 priority being to get a new chairperson in place, I'll believe it when I see it and if the new chairperson is truly independent, well, I'll fall right off my chair! This bod has NEVER had to deal with a truly independent director, or board member. Go look at the board of Sayona, Morella, Altura, and even New Hope.. they all have been recycled again and again.
Two new independent directors were supposed to be hired by the AGM, what happened? Nothing. No explanation given. And now you want to believe they'll really do what they promised to do, which is to hire a new chairperson, two more directors sometimes in 2024? And then possibly a CEO?
You go right ahead and hold your breath, I won't.
