    Less than a controlling percentage is what Fat Tail / Zijin were aiming for IMO . If we look back at Zijin's media release in May last year Zijin states AVZ will be reduced to 35% and lose the controlling stake in the Manono project . It's always been about AVZ losing the controlling stake and I believe Fat Tail were employed by the Chinese to make it happen . ALL IMO
