Russian children are "learning patriotism" while shooting at photographs of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Joe Biden and NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg, a Ukrainian official has said.
Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to Ukraine's internal affairs minister, said a festival called Peaceful Warrior of the Russian Federation had been held in the Russian city of Tomsk.
"At one of the locations, a shooting range was set up for children, where instead of targets there were photos of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Joe Biden and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg," Mr Gerashchenko said on X.
While Sky News cannot independently verify the footage, a story about it has been published by Russian state-owned newspaper AiF.
