The only thing management were able to pull out the hat was a multi decade shareprice destruction.

Doing a consolidation isn't magically going to bring shareholders wealth... Management actually need to WORK and the board needs to make SMART decisions to make this happen. Otherwise we will consolidate and end up back at 0.003 where we would have magnified our losses.
