In the end shouldn't complain too much, no margin loans and probably just as well given how the markets are in general. Then those with $.5mill mortgages having to fork out an extra $13k since rate rises kicked in and many are really struggling - more so for those with higher loans and then with everything else going up things are tough.

Have cut back in discretionary spending across many areas but then am a firm believer that curbing consumerism is one definite good way to at least keep above board and also good for the environment.

But of course would also be nice to enjoy some of life's niceties - need stocks like AAU to hit a few targets. Recently watched the following - be nice to be able to visit such places:
