They have announced for 3 years they have been in commercial discussions, PAA may have a requirement to have a Manager of Manufacturing as a clause? Once PAA are able to accept the Licensing Deal or Sales Deal i.e having met requirements they can announce officially .... not fact but rowing up Ducks before Ink and Paper are required.... NZT
Now who ever sold down to the Buyers Bid, I hope you have sold your last share NZT
