1. russia hasn't been able to tke much more than they held at the beginning of the invasioon
2. No ....Ukraine will be re-armed -Overtly - same as they are doing now ......what is the fault in helping a country be able to defend itself against a much larger aggressor ? There is no need to diosguise what is a highly moral action .
