It's probably just some reshuffling with the Insto EOM plays similar to the huge EOD auction trades that went on, and nothing directly correlated to IMU.
Massive green day across the ASX, my board is glowing green, yet sadly the all to common algo trades are too strong for retail demand. I'm not surprised though, so many of us holders have been beaten down, retail is on its last leg. Only the wealthy can continuously keep topping up at these prices unless IMU is garnering some new big investors. Otherwise it's pump n dump algo trades all day everyday zzzzz
