I don't hold and this wait is so hard to watch... talk about high expectations and binary outcomes

600M shares traded in week and a half, sure a lot will be turned over into profits but demonstrably most still holding at much higher prices. A stock that trades ~2M shares a day now has hundreds of newbies in waiting on some assays and brave new interp to exit at higher prices. If DK is wrong, even if he is right but the area of influence is immaterial, how do any get out and how low does the price have to go to attract long term 'value buyers' to do it?

This is why you want to go into a binary gamble with your eyes wide open and some FA to stand on. For a deposit that blows black smoke in the ore zone, plumes of white smoke from the hopium pipe just won;t cut it. Highly focussed Feeder Zones of DK's theory are a lot more pyrite and usually quartz dominant than the barite-quartz stringers and veins seen in LTRD001. The classic 'VMS dome and stockwork pipe' model in SHNs release doesn;t fit Liontown's morphology, and even if it did the feeder zone is very large relative to the small gaps in drilling where it might be hiding. Many VMs deposits are subseafloor replacement style, especially into porous pumice and breccia style units like at Liontown (as opposed to Highway-Reward down the road where 'discordant' stockwork feeder zones of the type DK is referencing intrude less porous semi-massive rhyolite domes.

Not that there isn't many different centres and structures with higher FW fluid flow and alteration than the porous sedimentary pile. Just that between intruded sediments (pumice units) and micro fractures that channel fluids above the boiling zone, there is too much porosity and not enough focussed over-pressure to develop deep stockworked feeder zones in the FW. The theory discussed here from the Tassie Uni paper I mentioned.

LTRD001 (top) has mostly barite stringers parallel to bedding/foliation and some discordant late veins cross-cutting. Very little pyrite (symptomatic of usual feeder zone) and some decent barite veins at 2-3 angles. Although the section shown (~105.5 to 108.5m) doesn;t have the sphalerite sulphides of the intersection in Carrington Lode ~250m west of hole LTDD22068, it does have the same barite stringer-vein combo and high gold grades over wide intervals. KD's theory isn;t without evidence and potential, barite stockwork zones exist in the ore lodes... just that it seems unlikely to be more than late barite stockwork overprinting of the replacement lode units and part and parcel of the replacement VMS style lodes Liontown has been defined by.

Honestly, there's been that much drilling into section 403000E I'm not sure where they go now they duplicated LCRC187 with a fan of new holes? I won;t say it's obvious because the possibilities are complicated, but the obvious explanation is a thickening of the pumice breccia replacement lode at the intersection of the slightly discordant Gap Lode Main (analogous to the Carrington Lode) and a second overlapping replacement lode (New Queen style) HW to the Gap Lode Main (but still in FW dacite pumice). Rhyming not repeating the Carrington-NewQueen relationship..

It's simply too hard to properly describe my conclusion, but I have done more than enough analysis to satisfy myself of the probable answer (if not others). Still holes missing from this drill plan, but the scale is small and there is lots of drilling to be sure

Section 40,3000E is a mess of holes in both directions (hole LLRC205 drilled north to south only hit 2m @ 3% Cu no Au) but there is lots of zinc and base metals to go with the gold. With multiple stacked lenses and syn-sedimentary mineralsiation over long lived VMS systems, it's usual to get many small FW and HW hits that don;t extend to surrounding holes. To be of any value they need to be sizeable enough to define and develop underground. Hole LLDD22052 3.5m @ 1.6g/t Au is an example of these random hits in the stack imo, though you can see multiple small gold hits on SHNs section over most holes.

The sense I get is gold rich, base metal low intervals are situated generally above the Gap Lode Main proper which is defined by both base metal and Au rich assays in a relatively continuous steep replacement zone. Certainly the deeper holes are thin and consistently high grade base metal +/- Au.

Away from the small area around section 403000E, the Gap Lode doesn;t have the secondary zone of thicker, Au rich alteration seen on that section. The Gap Lode hits all simplify back to type... thin but usually base metal and Au high grade, as per RVRs section 40370m (+/- 50m off section)

Below are the sections ~50m either side of 403000E with SHN drill holes that RVR had not yet assayed. The continuous Gap Main lode has skinny intercepts of good grades and variable HW-FW Au dominance and/or base metal association, with some randomly distant HW hits in the stacked system. Lodes do seem to be thicker and up dip as the sequence stands, perhaps defining a sub-horizontal thickening replacement lode as with the New Queen 250m west (which is high grade Au and Zn btw).

If SHN does define some skinny north-south striking 'feeder zone' missed by so many holes into the footwall (ie it's not E-W striking like all the FW replacement zone alteration zones) then holes like LTRD001 are drilling along strike that NS feeder zone and DH width is greatly exaggerating TW. Like I said, it's more complicated and not worth my time to explain my theory of the FW feeder zones possibilities and/or contradictions, suffice to say I'm nailing my colours to the mast it will fizzle out into another failed idea.

Predicting 2 zones of ~8m @ 5-10 g/t Au (upper HW very low Cu-Zn, lower higher Cu-Zn in the Gap Lode position) in LTRD001... not a bad result but not enough to move the needle. Only after the orthogonal holes into the Fw (ie E-W azi) being drilled in Dec will SHN be able to confirm a new feeder zone theory. Time for me to move on now I solved this geology sudoku puzzle to my satisfaction and wait for the results to prove me wrong. A rolling stone gathers no moss and considerably less shit on HC...
