Planning to complete enrollment of patients for the trial, not to complete enrollment and get all patients past the primary endoint.
Therefore, add to that the 12 month to get to the Primary Endpoint, which makes it Q4 CY2025 (I'd assume that the secondary endpoints are also measured at 12 months):
After the last patient has reached the 12 month Primary Endpoint, the Clinical Study Report must be prepared before you can file for a BLA (under RMAT designation).
