The ASX doesn’t ask many questions.

Companies get away with all sorts of funny business when it comes to disclosure, TH’s, voluntary SUS and other stuff. The ASX has to prove otherwise, which is difficult, so they don’t ask many questions.

Imho, the TH was damage control re LA and a quick pivot back to UA to log and sample whilst managing an issue and sorting out the new forward plan below UA. Or something like that.

No way they have samples yet. If they come to surface overnight, there will be a SUS until late Friday or Monday.
