One thing to note on this.. If the dumb money is retail, then it appears to be smarter than the smart money...
Don't the drops in the dumb money coincide with the peaks of the SPX? And the lows on the 'smart' money, seem to coincide with the highs and continued pushing at those stages?
So is it the 'dumb' money that is moving the markets now?
Am I reading this right?
