You are deliberately being misleading, due to the capital raising being completed in stages it did reduce their ownership, although when you look at the whole capital raising AU mining held around 232 mil shares prior to the capital raising and now holds over 400 mil. This is not a reduction but an increase of 8% ownership of the company (fully diluted)
