Big fat NO !! What a rip off for existing shareholders… absolute minimum value should have bid $35 .. there is no way this will get through.. they will likely sweeten the deal up to at least $30 they have put in an insulting low ball offer of $27 valuation.. ahh here is the middle finger .. what will be telling is if the board doesn’t say hey this is significantly undervalued..
