Scott has said that dilution will be taken off the table wherever it can and debt and offtake agreements are currently in talks and he knows this will continue to rerate towards flowing and he knows that after they flow a JV, farm in will come in and or can raise 100 million dollars north do $1 and make no impact to the share price with less dilution
