How can the Kingia pay zone not be as thick as expected heading west when both SE-2 and SE-3 have net pay and gross gas columns almost identical to SE-1?
SE-1 : 14m net 52m gross
SE-2 : 16m net 45 gross
SE -3 : 13m net 54 gross
The only difference is the porosity of the reservoir is slightly lower in the western edge of the field ~2%
The goal of these last 2 wells has been to test the continuity of the field to the west of the oblique fault to see whether both sides are connected.
