Might be the regulator or manager worrying that the SP reaction demonstrates that there will be endless forebearance from now on. Probably will be to some extent too, as a failure of star to be able to meet expectations will be a failure of governance and policy as well, and evidence of either unrealistic expectations, or unsuitability of casinos in Australia altogether.
