Makes me wonder why imbio would be interested to sell, perhaps they are concerned about competition of 4dx, hopefully the founder/s and management of imbio are going to stay on and get a stack of 4dx shares as part of the deal and that would be another reason for them to let it go so early at such a low valuation - they are just jumping ship into a bigger combined ship, still at early stage/low price
