Probably a good payout for management, and the two companies are stronger together.
Could be people genuinely interested in creating the best medical product available, and not looking to line their pockets.
Honestly who knows! but I like inorganically bolstering the cash flow until they can do it organically - Takes the heat off in the meantime, and ideally prevents further / larger cap raises down the line. Would love to see the Imbio financials to be able to model FCF and other consolidated metrics.
Fingers crossed a presentation is released.
