Had $60 million is cash last 4c, so why the need to grab more, i mean ok your forking out $30mill for the company but that still leaves another 30 and its a profitable company so self funded from the get go. ASX companies just love the ol issue new stock for cash never ending loop.
I do agree it looks like a wise move to grab Imbio, with a guaranteed income stream from the reimbursement......wonder if we see 4DX go offshore now.
