I suspect they have taken the IPO type pricing view. Here's a heap of new, high-value information. Now what are you going to bid?
Also, if you look at the funding stack diagrams, there isn't bucketloads of new equity in there!!

If you were going to raise with a disconnect to (above) the current price, the best way to do that would be to drop multiple price sensitive announcements while in a trading halt. Who in Canada has recently confirmed a mining lease?
