Yeah, I get that we raise at a 15 day average, so why not let us run for a bit after waiting a year for our PEA, instead of cap raising us at All time lows. Plus companies dont always raise at 15 day moving averages when the price is moving UP. They only do it when prices are dog shit. Seen them pump and then cap raise at the top plenty of times.
Also sorry to burst your bubble, nothing in the world follows the ASX.
