I don't think with the Wti OIL price sub $70bbls any party will come forward ..much like last time they had an interested party that was trying to raise funds but couldn't finalized funding as OIL tanked .... also sadly for S/Hs CE1 won't be making much profit at these levels... prob also see the JAN dividend push till later date
