There’s another popular poster here who has recently said the same. The issue with this is that it implies that you/they don’t think it’s good value right now, otherwise you’d be buying right now.
Saying “I’ll buy more at xx price” is usually just a coping strategy for some who insist that AGY is going to the moon, yet aren’t actually willing to buy in the mid-teens. I wonder why?
