I'm honestly in shock and numb.
I have spent 2 years building a position in GT1, believing in management. I am now down 100k.
Now I'm hearing the cap raise is at 25 cents. How could they do this to everyone? 25 cents? I can't wrap my mind around it. Do they actively hate their partners and shareholders? Management and board haven't bought any on market since IPO, so maybe this is their way of getting more at low prices.
They have 16 million on hand, they don't need 14 million. And they released the cap raise at ATL's on our long awaited PEA.
I've been invested in actual bad companies in the past with crooked boards and managements and didn't get this kind of treatment. I don't know anymore.
