I understand the logic of taking time and picking the right partner but you have to remember we are sitting at 2.5c share price with minimal cash in the bank.

If they cant get some share price appreciation by closing deals, and making some serious steps toward production, then we are going to continue to raise at these levels and cause massive dilution to the resister.

There has to be a some urgency to start getting the share price up so we can raise funds at level that actually reflects the companies potential.

The time is ticking for EAS advisors, which are currently getting paid 10K a month by MGU to help increase the companies share price by brining on new investors: Performance shares expire in 7 months (July 2024)

1. 1,250,000 shares and 2,500,000 listed options to purchase shares for
A$0.055 when the Client’s share price on the ASX trades above A$0.055 for
5 continuous trading days;

2. 1,250,000 shares and 2,500,000 listed options to purchase shares for
A$0.07 when the Client’s share price on the ASX trades above A$0.07 for 5
continuous trading days;

3. 1,250,000 shares and 2,500,000 listed options to purchase shares for
A$0.085 when the Client’s share price on the ASX trades above A$0.085
for 5 continuous trading days; and

4. 1,250,000 shares and 2,500,000 listed options to purchase shares for
A$0.10 when the Client’s share price on the ASX trades above A$0.10 for 5
continuous trading days.
