IDA was 6 months (not a year). ~12 months is about average is my understanding. Took my money off the table here fully, there are a few of these types of plays around if you go looking hard enough at early stage. Trading at $0.20 cents in the dollar on the amount claimed, i figure its still a reasonable bet, but there are better (for me at least). Might revisit on a big award and the stock still at a material discount (I have a position in IDA now for instance).
still a shareholder in the litigation funder so of course still gunning for a good outcome!
