Either you support the company or you do not.

You support them by buying into the CR and not on market, because the money goes to the company not traders.

This kind of a post shows disregard for the commercial and legal reality, that deals are not best negotiated at gunpoint according to deadlines.

The CR is needed to position the company to be comfortable negotiating a good deal and not have to be under pressure. The reason for this has been discussed many times. We know we have been persistently hamstrung by the FDA's inconsistent and clueless approach. The CEO is remarkably polite about this because there is a process and he has standards of behaviour higher than what go on in here.

Wake up. Or are you just another so-called ordinary holder?

So many disgruntled posts with next to no idea, it's hard to work out who is who, especially if they aren't regular posters.

And many regular ones also need to think again. If this company gets taken over they haven't helped with the pointless expressions of disgruntlement, with no regard for the impact, and lack of support.
