    We can assume/hope for a dividend of 3-7% to hold this until market conditions improve in the next two years but this comes with a significant capital risk.
    I wouldn't be happy to sell near today's price as I can't really imagine a worse time to sell but there's enough "death by a million cuts" here that I think many would be looking for an exit.
