I've stated clearly this is my conspiracy hat - what's hard to understand about that?
I'm also being realistic, my expectations has always been about 50% retail entitlement take up, as people existing SHs either don't have spare funds readily available or don't want to support the CR.
$55m is sufficient money in the bank, to bridge us to Ryoncil approval.
On the way, there's still room for monetisation of royalties and partnerships $$$
So to me, the CR is already successful and whatever Mesoblast gets from this retail entitlement offer is not the be all and end all.
