Chuk never denies the risks. But he always gives us the background info and facts that explain why he thinks the chance any stated risk is unlikely to eventuate.

For example financing risk. Chuk has outlined how we have a small capex to npv, a simple/ straightforward plant design and operation, and a country that desperately needs our product. We also have a government that wants us to succeed, a bank we are organising finance with as we speak, farms and a food processing facility all willing to help us get there.

Does this mean there is NO finance risk - no. Until we have it anything can happen. But when you weigh up the reasons for it to succeed vs fail with facts, then it’s clear to Chuk, myself and others that finance is way more likely to be sorted on favourable terms to shareholders than the other way around.

If this weren’t the case we would forego higher returns by waiting for finance to be sorted before investing at a higher sp. Calculated risk based on the facts is how one can make outsized returns. When you back your own research it doesn’t even feel like risk. And like I’ve said before, even if the worse case finance outcome eventuates it will still yield a good return for anyone who has entered at a low sp like we have now. In this situation everyone here who would probably say I told you so would’ve still been better off buying these dips we currently have now instead of selling and complaining about the low price.
