Are you trying to say that there is NO requirement for an Environmental Bond on the ML ?

If that were the case then Uganda would be the first Jurisdiction in the World that I have heard of that does not require a substantial Bond to be lodged before an ML is granted, even China requires them.

As for flying down to Uganda, why waste my time when I could just Email: GoU, WHO, MSF and umpteen other agencies.
