yes that is what i said , the total shares added is 1,199,999,999..
666,666,667 shares being the CR shares + 533,333,332 Shares being the vendor shares.
So 1,199,999,999 plus the existing 1,121,575,570 shares, means LNR will have a total of 2,321,575,569 shares on issue !
I am happy for holders who saw their shares rise from 0.006 on Tuesday to 1.1 cent now, just stating things as they are.
I hope the company can continue with Murraydium and WA REE project even though both have released poor grades, my only issue as would be familiar with LT holders is the company goes from one project to the next, Tolukuma, then sold that cheaply after spending heaps on exploration, then on to Murraydium and Gascoyne, but results poor there and now on to this next project.
To be fair, i do understand the exploration game is difficult, time consuming and cost intensive, so that is the situation, but we saw the price head down to 0.006, and then out comes a CR at 0.003 ?
It is a very low CR and quite dilutive which i feel if this was needed why couldn't existing holders have a chance of getting the 0.003 shares so they could average down a little.
Ok just my thoughts, happy to move on as a non holder.
