yes, but also NO is the answer!
If you do nothing your TPD shares will be converted to STX shares for you - that is the yes part.
That conversion will be at a ratio of 0.4828 STX shares for every 1 TPD share you own
If you own 100,000 TPD, you will get 48,280 STX + your TMK entitlements....so you don't keep the same number of shares - that is the no part.
