In my mind 20,000 license fee is way off the mark in todays climate - airlines likely have high costs already with global inflation and some likely still recovering from COVID times. I also think as the commercialization has dragged on we have lost some of the leverage we may have once had 5+ years ago (patent expiries) - hope am wrong though.
Hearing Ross today on the call the servicing sounds more realistic and a fee for those calibrations/maintenance - would have a guess that may be lucky to peak at 2-3K per year. I am waiting on the upload of the AGM to have another listen but overall sounded a bit dismissive of that idea.
